Dr. Olufemi Aladejebi is a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Fellow Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Member Institute of Directors, Nigeria and member of The John Maxwell Team (USA). He obtained a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) from Walden University, USA.

He has thirty years working experience. He has diversified experience in Accountancy, Audit, Taxation, Financial Advisory, Training, Entrepreneurship, Outsourcing and Recruitment. Currently, he is the Group Managing Partner of Great Group (Olu Aladejebi and Co, Great Consulting, and The Great Business Clinic Ltd). Dr. Aladejebi has undergone training both locally and overseas. He has written many published Articles in international journals on SMEs and Entrepreneurship.

He is a resource person and has presented seminar papers at various non-governmental organizations and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) among others. He is also a Consultant to Enterprise Development Scheme (EDS) a Unit of Lagos business School. He has passion for Small Businesses (SMEs). He has consulted for over 100 SMEs.

Over the years he has handled assignments in the following areas: Audit and Accountancy, Due Diligence and Business Advisory Services, Tax Advisory Services, Risk Management, Business Valuation, Recruitment and Outsourcing, Training and Development, Accounting Software Implementation, Writing of Process flows; Business Plans, and Internal Audit and Investigations.



Mr. Oluwakemi Sulaiman, holds Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) Ile-Ife, a Chartered Accountant, and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.  He obtained his Masters in Business Administration (MBA), specialized in General Management, from the Center for Management Development- University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

He belongs to other professional bodies.  He is an Associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Microfinance Certified Member (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and Fellow of the Institute of Capital Market Analyst of Nigeria (FCMA).

He trained with Akintola Williams & Delloites and had a brief stint with Lafa Industries, a manufacturing outfit, before joining the Banking industry in 1989. He has over 28 years post qualification working experience including 13 years Merchant and Commercial banking experience and worked in various departments of the First Interstate Bank Plc, but largely as the Financial Controller of the Bank.

He was in private practice as financial and management consultant between November 2002 and June 2007, during which he was finance and logistics consultant to BASICS II, a USAID project between 2002 and 2005.

He joined Susu Microfinance Bank in June 2007 as Financial Controller and became General Manager Operations in November 2010 and later General Manager, Finance and strategy the position he held till July 2015 before he resigned his appointment to start his Financial Services consulting, with a focus on emerging markets, specializing in micro and small entrepreneurial development. Core competence includes Business and financial advisory services, Corporate Finance, Payroll and Human Capital Management, Auditing and MIS development, Tax management and administration.


PETER ITEGHIE, B.Sc., PGD, ACTI, Director Tax Services

Peter Iteghie is a graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Soil Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Manpower Economics and Planning from the University of Lagos. He is a Chartered Tax Practitioner and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. (CITN)

Peter has had a rich career in Auditing, Taxation and Management Consulting from reputable firms of Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants such as Olu Aladejebi & Co, Great Consulting and a stint with Adetunji Adelegan & Co from where he joined Olu Aladejebi & Co (Chartered Accountants). 

He has extensive experience in Taxation and tax advisory services and has been involved in several and varied job assignments such as Auditing, Tax consulting and advisory services, Management Consulting, and manpower development, business plans and feasibility study report writing, Marketing research and Product acceptability Surveys and due diligence. His experience and exposure cut across several sectors of the economy such as Manufacturing, Trading, Agriculture, Hotel and hospitality Industry, Education, Shipping and Transport.



Ayorinde had his first degree in Accounting and MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University ile-ife Osun State. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) that deals with IT Governance. Ayorinde is a highly experienced accountant with over ten years in Auditing, Trade finance, Accounting Software Implementation, Foreign Operations and Tax Management with United Bank for Africa Plc, Lagos State Internal Revenue and Omatek Computers at top management position.

He is a caring and helpful person who enjoys meeting different types of people have the ability to manage a varied workload and enjoy the challenge of new tasks and possess an outgoing personality.



Oladapo Fatoye is a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, and holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Economics. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Economics of Nigeria. (ICEN).

Oladapo has had in-depth career training in Auditing and Project Management from reputable firms of Chartered Architects and Builders; and Chartered Accountants. He is a proficient person in Auditing and investigation, in-depth financial analysis and performance management.

He has over eight years progressive Project Accounting and Auditing experience. Oladapo currently works with Olu Aladejebi & Co. as Manager.
